We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For enterprise clients, on-premises deployment options are available to maintain full data control.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

8. Fees and Payment

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NEXUS AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will cease
• We may delete your account and data (subject to our Privacy Policy)
• All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
